US domestic shipping
Jewelry will be mailed using PirateShip so packages will arrive via USPS or UPS in a flat rate padded envelope, small box, or small box in envelope. Most ground deliveries can take up to 5 days. If you have not received your jewelry after 5 days please contact us.
International shipping
Please contact us for shipping outside of the United States.
Returns
Return Cost
Returns for any reason, other than our mistake, will require the customer to pay for the return shipping.
30 Days to Return
Returns made within 30 days for repairs will be shipped back to customer free of charge. Returns made after 30 days will be the responsibility of the customer to provide a prepaid shipping label, envelope, padded envelop, or box. Most envelopes and boxes can be reused, so a prepaid label is typically all that is needed.
Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS: We understand sometimes buying online can be difficult and things do not always meet your expectations. Returns for full merchandise cost (minus the shipping) must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the jewelry. Please email oceanbornjewelry@gmail.com with your item description and reason for return. Please wait for our response before you mail it back. Customer assumes all return shipping costs.
Returns may be made for tarnished jewelry within the first 30 days only. Customer may choose to have a full merchandise refund (minus the shipping) or have the item remade and shipped back to them free of charge. Customer assumes all return shipping costs. Refunds will be returned to original method of payment, unless otherwise requested, upon our reception of the returned item. Allow 7-14 days for credit to appear. EXCHANGES: Oops did we send the wrong item, wrong metal color, wrong chain length or bracelet length. Exchanges due to our mistake are free of charge. Just email us, be sure to let us know what you should have received, and we will provide you with a shipping label to return the piece and mail you the correct one.
Maybe you changed your mind and decided you wanted something else, please email us with a description of item being returned and new item desired. We will respond with a balance or credit, if there is one. Then mail the originally purchased item back to us and we will send you the new piece you desire. If a there is difference in cost and a payment must be made we will create an invoice for you to pay online or you may choose to send a check when you mail the item back. If paying online we can include the shipping charge for the new item for your convenience. Customer assumes all shipping to and from. If shipping has not been paid to Ocean Born please provide a prepaid shipping label, envelope, padded envelop, or box with your jewelry return.
